The workshop is a brief but thorough approach to the practice of Indian martial art Kalaripayattu at beginners level. It is applied within the frame of a physical score to investigate different principles such as repetition, coding, organicity and rhythm.

Principles of Training: Body-space-time, dialogue with fatigue, concentration, breathing, balance, fluency, composition and collective work awareness. The objective is to discover different types of energy in action and the possibilities of its application in performative work.
